Michael Long is a seasoned executive with thirty years of public and

company CEO and director experience and a proven track record in

the
world’s largest insurance software and services provider. As CEO of Healtheon, and later Chairman of
WebMD, (following its merger with Healtheon), he led a team that built
the
dominant internet health care player. As
CEO of Move, Inc. (formerly Homestore, Inc.), the leader in online real
estate,
Mike joined at a critical time and led the company through a
challenging legal
and financial turnaround, from which it emerged as the market leader. Mike serves
on the board of directors of Essence, which uses evidence-based
medicine to
effectively manage the quality and cost of healthcare for senior
populations,
and EEStor, which is developing the next generation of solid-state
electrical energy
storage units in the form of batteries and capacitors.
